Return and Refund Policy

No Returns; No Refunds
Subject to the damaged/undelivered section, all sales are final. Because of the nature of the Products, Strum doesn't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and doesn't issue refunds once an order is placed — except where required by applicable law or as set out in the damaged/undelivered section. You're asked to review your order carefully (Product description, ingredients, quantity, shipping address, billing info) before purchasing. Strum isn't responsible for orders placed in error or for Products unsuitable based on personal preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other individual circumstances. Nothing in the policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.

Returns/Refunds for Damaged or Undelivered Products
If a Product arrives damaged or defective, contact support@dailystrum.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or documentation. If Strum confirms the damage, it will — at its option — either send a replacement or cover return shipping for the damaged Product. If you don't receive a Product you ordered, contact Strum immediately with documentation or proof of non-receipt; if confirmed, Strum may — at its option — either send a replacement or provide a refund.
